Account Executive – German

As a Sales Executive at bmetric, working in close collaboration with our Sales Director, you’ll be responsible for developing our market in DACH region. As a Sales Executive, you will grow to understand bmetric’s unique market and our potential buyers; whilst you work to communicate the best and most valuable solutions to them.

At bmetric, we focus on setting collaborative goals, developing personal skills, and improving—day in, day out. We provide training in our platform and all of the essential sales skills including ongoing training in negotiating, and communication skills.

Requirements

Your Role

  • Identify, research, and engage with potential companies and stakeholders for collaboration
  • Proactively maintain a steady pipeline with our CRM system
  • Manage and complete complex sales cycles often presenting to C-level executives
  • Forecast your sales activity and revenue achievement, while creating satisfied customers
  • Book and prepare online and physical sales meetings
  • Collaboratively set, achieve and exceed monthly goals

The Ideal Fit

  • Outstanding B2B sales experience and skills, with 2 – 3 years of experience
  • Native Italian or German speaker
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Copenhagen based
  • Strong communication skills
  • The ability to persevere through adversity and rejection
  • Ability to be hands-on as well as strategic and structured
  • Eager to learn and develop
  • Ambitious, self-driven, and results-oriented
